This is a large (2,400 sq feet) home. Perfect for a family vacation. This is not a lake-view property, but a very large, flat and heavily-wooded corner lot with a huge front yard facing a private street. You walk down the private streets and down a hill to get to the lake (about a ten minute walk).

Beaches: Numerous public beaches within ten minutes PLUS a 200-yard long, private (gated) Cedar Flat homeowners association beach.  The beach includes both rocky and sandy sections.  There is a large, double-deck pier for sunning, swimming and boating (sorry, no overnight docking). 

Hikers: Walk across the street and you are at a trailhead for the Tahoe National Forest.  Hike or bike.

Skiers: Northstar and Palisades at Tahoe (Squaw Valley and Alpine) are all about 25 minutes away.

Dining Out: Wonderful restaurants along Tahoe's North shore, five to ten minutes away.

Boating: Rent river rafts, kayaks, jet skis and power boats at Tahoe City and Kings Beach

Biking: Rent street bikes, e-bikes and trail bikes in Tahoe City.  Over 15 miles of paved bike paths.

Calling all chefs: The kitchen is gourmet with granite tops, center butcher-block prep island, Bosch double oven with microwave and convection cooking; Thermador gas range; great cooking pans/equipment. This is definitely not a "bare bones" kitchen.  Many staples and spices are provided.
